A typical photo shoot includes the base fee plus the per photo fee. Shot lists are discussed in advance. Additional shots may be provided for review at the photographer’s discretion.

Fees are for commissioning photographic work then licensing the use of that work. Standard license includes most typical usage for an apartment property. Atypical usage cases may require additional license. Full details described following inquiry.
